What makes an AI assistant secure?

Security comes down to three things: where your data lives, who can see it and what it is used for. Ask about all three before you give an AI service access to client data.

At QWorker the answers are in the privacy policy. It lists our sub-processors, what they do and how long we keep data.

How QWorker protects your data

EU only is switched on for new accounts. The chat then only uses AI models hosted in the EU.
The database with your projects, tasks and conversations is in the EU (Ireland).
You only see your own data. The access rules live in the database itself.
Each person connects their own email and calendar.
Access keys for your connected services are stored encrypted per user.
The chat models run on Microsoft Azure. According to its terms, Microsoft does not use your prompts to train models.

Want more models to choose from? Switch on global models in Settings yourself. That way you always know when you leave EU only.

Frequently asked questions

Is QWorker GDPR certified?

There is no official GDPR certification for software. What you can do is check where data is processed and which sub-processors are involved. Our privacy policy covers this. Email hello@qworker.ai if you have questions.

Can I use QWorker without Outlook or Gmail?

Yes. You can use chat, projects, tasks and routines without connecting anything. Email and calendar simply give the assistant more to work with.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Your content is deleted when you delete the account. Accounting records such as invoices are kept for 5 years, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
