How to write minutes with QWorker
- Paste your notes, or upload a file with the transcript.
- Ask for minutes with decisions, owners and deadlines.
- Fix anything that is not right.
- Turn the points into tasks with one click and put them in the right project.
QWorker does not record your meetings
You decide what goes in. QWorker does not record audio from your meetings.
If you use meetnotes, connect it under Integrations. The chat can then fetch your meeting notes from there when you ask.
Prepare your next meeting
Connect Outlook or Google Calendar and ask: “What should I prepare for my meetings tomorrow?” The assistant looks at the meetings, related emails and open tasks and suggests what to have ready.
What good minutes contain
- Who attended, and what the purpose was.
- The decisions you made.
- Tasks with an owner and a deadline.
- Open questions for the next meeting.
Ask QWorker for exactly that structure. Your minutes then look the same from meeting to meeting, and it is easy to find what was agreed.
Why use an EU assistant for this?
Meeting notes often contain names, figures and client matters. With EU only, they are processed by AI models hosted in the EU, and the minutes are stored in a database in the EU.
