Questions about payment, lock-in and cancellation
How do I pay?
Pay by card or another method shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Paddle, our reseller (Merchant of Record). That is why Paddle appears on your receipt and bank statement.
Is there a lock-in period?
No, not beyond the period you have paid for. You choose monthly or yearly billing.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing and subscription in the app and cancel. Pro keeps running until the end of the period, and you can undo the cancellation until then.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This applies to both subscriptions and extra credits.
Is VAT included?
Yes. For buyers in Denmark, 25% VAT is included in the price. The price without VAT is shown below for business bookkeeping. The final VAT is shown at checkout and depends on your country.
What are credits?
Credits are the unit AI usage is counted in. A normal question usually costs less than 1 credit, while heavy tasks cost more. Pro includes 200 credits every month.
What happens when my credits run out?
Buy extra credits that never expire, or wait until next month when Pro gets 200 new ones. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. You can set a limit so you never spend more than you want.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing in the app. We charge pro rata.
