Your work is scattered – and free AI is not made for client data

You know AI can save you time. But only if it knows your work, and only if you are allowed to give it access.

Your work is scattered

Email in one app, meetings in another and tasks in a third. You spend time searching instead of acting.

Free AI is not for client data

In ChatGPT Free and Plus, conversations are used to train the models by default. That is hard to control when everyone uses their own account.

Copy-paste adds up

When the AI does not know your work, you copy emails and notes in yourself – and then move the answer back.

One assistant that knows your work

QWorker brings email, calendar, tasks and documents together. Then you can ask the way you would ask a colleague.

Know what is urgent

Ask “What do I need to get done today?” and get an answer based on your tasks, email and calendar.

Reply to email faster

Get a draft in your tone. You read it through and decide whether to send it.

From meeting to tasks

Paste your notes after the meeting and get minutes with decisions and tasks.

Keep client data in EU models

EU only is the default, so the chat only uses AI models hosted in the EU.

  3. The QWorker task list with one open high-priority task and buttons for list and board view

    3. Turn the answer into action

Turn the answer into tasks with one click, and follow them in the list or on your board.
